If you feel anxious, overwhelmed or depressed or feel that you are missing out, struggling to find joy or are becoming overly cynical I would love to talk with you and help you figure out what is missing. As a licensed counselor, I consider my profession a privilege. I have worked in various settings, including mental health centers, local churches and private practice.
