I understand it is often difficult for parents to ask for help from a complete stranger. For children and adolescents struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, or behavioral issues; I strive to offer a place of comfort, care, and support for the entire family. I am very passionate about assisting children and adolescents in improving their ability to function socially, emotionally, and academically. I take the time to listen to both you, and your child, and together we will develop a plan to help your family reach its goals.

I am an ANCC Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and see ages 5 and up. I graduated with my Masters Degree from The University of Tennessee in 2012. While I see people across the life span, I have specialized in seeing children and adolescents since that time.

I believe in a holistic approach to treatment and feel it is important to stay connected to therapist, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers throughout our course of treatment.

I believe in a professional, yet personal, relationship with my patients. While maintaining ethics, boundaries, and respect I strive to have open and honest dialogs. We are in this together.

When not in the office I enjoy spending time with my children and dogs, SEC football (GO Wildcats!), cruising, ballroom dancing, and fostering animals for one of our local animal shelters. I have four dogs Toby, Neeko, Simon, and Josie Girl that I can't help talking about, and sometimes one may join me in the office.
