Services
IMPORTANT: A parent and/or legal guardian MUST accompany any child/adolescent ages 15 and under to their Intake appointment. Please bring legal guardianship paperwork with you to the first visit if applicable. Should someone other than the parent or legal guardian accompany your child to the initial visit, the appointment WILL be rescheduled.
Medication Management
We offer medication management services for patients across the lifespan. All medication management services are provided by nurse practitioners who are board certified in mental health.
