Medication Refills
You must have an upcoming medication management appointment scheduled before any refills will be sent to pharmacy. ****If you missed your last scheduled appointment there is a $25.00 refill fee required before prescription will be sent to pharmacy.
Monday - Thursday: Please allow up to 24 hours for refills
Friday - Sunday: All refills will be sent on the following Monday
