​​Have you been feeling overwhelmed or stuck lately? I am here to help! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee and have been seeing clients for 4 years. I see people with a variety of mental health-related concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.  I look forward to meeting with you and finding out if we're a good fit!

During our first session(s), we will begin by exploring your concerns and talking about your story. From there, we brainstorm a plan together that meets your needs and goals and apply it in the upcoming sessions. You can expect to learn tools and skills that help you make lasting changes you can carry beyond our work together.

My approach varies from person to person because everyone is unique, but I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach with other styles integrated as appropriate. I will do my best to ensure a calm, warm, and accepting environment where we can work together to help you achieve your goals. It is important that we work together to come up with a plan that works the best for you.

During down time I enjoy exploring new places (especially restaurants) with my partner, dogs, and cats. My favorite hobbies and interests are playing the guitar, working on cars, and exercising.​​
