Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! We offer both in-person and telehealth options for therapy and medication management. This allows you the flexibility to receive care from the comfort of your home if needed. We do require your first appointment for medication management to be in person.

Individual therapy sessions typically last about 50 minutes. Routine medication management appointments are usually shorter, around 20-30 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan. Although your first medication management appointment will last between 60-90 minutes.
How often will I need to come in?
The frequency of appointments depends on your treatment plan and personal needs. Some individuals may meet weekly for therapy, while others may have appointments biweekly or monthly. Medication management appointments are typically scheduled every 4-12 weeks for follow-up.
